Motorserve Majura Park Car Servicing

Rubbish service rubbish communication inexperienced staffs, they hold the car for two days and never fixed anything, was a big let down, we won’t go back there and they charged us $150 for doing nothing, it was a big waste of time and my kids stayed home two off school as they rely on that car. Rip off business I never recommend them, and please be aware every one that company is not operating under NRMA name.

I’m so incredibly impressed. The amazing team fit me in so quickly to fix my busted suspension at a much better price than I had anticipated. I dropped off my car looking nasty and scuffed and got it back in such a beautiful and shiny condition. The team were so friendly and helpful and I felt so valued! I’ll be bringing my future service and repairs here. Thanks guys, love your work!

Booked in for e-service check was told all good recieved follow up msg checking if I was still coming in 2 days before appointment then received a phone call the afternoon before my 730am appointment telling me they don't actually do e-service checks. Will never use these guys again. Terrible service

Extremely disappointing experience with Majura Park Motorserve. Tl;dr Extremely expensive and very poor quality repairs.I initially took my Honda Civic in with overheating problems. Subsequently I had the thermostat replaced - then the car broke down again. Was then quoted around $1400 for radiator repair. I was aware this was very expensive - but thought I would pay the premium for hopefully good quality workmanship.Unfortunately the car broke down again within a few months - had it towed back and this time told it was the head gasket and quoted $6000+ to fix it, with a reduction down to $4500 as a discount" due to their previous work. This discount was still well above what other mechanics quoted for a full engine replacement so I had it towed elsewhere.Other mechanics then informed me that not only was the new radiator full of silicon from errors in installation

Great service from the team everytime i have my car serviced or need any questions answers no matter how silly I think they are. the team is always professional and the Manager Matt is a great leader. it will be sad to see him leave but his co worker Aminder who is stepping up i see a great future for him. just goes to show how NRMA are constantly developing to meet this new world.

Would I come back here?...Yes. Really great service, very honest and to the point. I felt I could trust them with my car. I went to a different mechanic in Braddon before going to Motorserve and yeah... Should have gone straight to Motorserve.

Didn't have a very good experience at all and would not reccomend, I came in to have a problem diagnosed with my car, I was over quoted/priced and was advised to have things done to my car that were not needed.They replaced items that didn't need replacing and insisted i had asked for it to be replaced... also brought in a new rule $20 per day a car stays in thier yard after its been fixed.

Booked in for a NSW Pink Slip. Dropped car off at 730, was told it would be the second car looked at.After 4 and half hours the check was complete. The car failed based on a non working power window and dangerous" loose side indicator.After clarifying with the technical team of Service NSW regarding the legality of non working power windows
