Katy and her team did an amazing job on my custom wedding dress. They were accomodating with the changes and made one element of the wedding less stressful! The dress was finished a month before wedding. I received so many compliments on the day. I would highly recommend Em Bridal Boutique

The whole team at Em Bridal is phenomenal!!! I am the most particular bride but they were so patient with me, really listened to what I wanted and made me my dream dress! I had shopped around for so long and I never thought it was possible to actually fall in love with a dress this much.The quality of their work is also amazing, down to every stitch and detail. I received endless compliments on how beautiful my dress was and it photographed amazingly. I honestly cannot recommend Katy, Kassy and the team enough.

From the very beginning they were quick to respond to my emails, and even set up a zoom call during covid lockdown to discuss my dress vision.When we met in person, Katy and her staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and took the time to understand my vision of my dress.They showed me a range of options that fit my style and budget, and were accomodating as I tried on a few different dresses.I said yes to the 'Kristen' design - but wanted a few adjustments to the original design. In every fitting, Katy took her time, and was patient with any adjustments to the fit/design of my wedding dress.The quality of my wedding dress is brilliant, and I could tell that it was made with care and attention to detail.I felt beautiful on my wedding day, and a large portion of that was from me feeling confident in my dress. Many of my guests said the dress was very me"

This boutique offers rentals however they are really expensive. To be honest, I felt that the worker wasn’t very professional, it would help if she dressed more professionally. She also stays with you as you get changed which not everyone would be comfortable with. They are very personable though which is a plus. However it is not easy to understand everything she says as she spoke quite fast. The dresses are all very similar styles, some felt more like a red carpet event style and most of them felt trendy rather than timeless designs - lots of lace and sparkle and sheer mesh, leg slits etc. and dresses with your bra cups emphasised. It would be great if they had more variety. Overall service was ok but a bit lacking

Katy did an amazing job with my custom made wedding dress. Katy drew my dress from scratch and was accommodating to every change i requested or design i had in mind. Unlike other designers who give you 3 appointments maximum, I visited Katy about 10 times over a year and she was more than happy to see me every time. I am so glad i found you and took the chance. Finding your dream wedding dress can often be overwhelming and daunting but Katy & the Em Bridal team make the whole experience so effortless and enjoyable. Although they were only the second boutique I visited, I knew as soon as I met the team and saw their immaculate well designed dresses that this would be where I would purchase my wedding dress!Walking into the store, I was pretty set on the type of dress I was after but Katy's expert eye selected designs that suited my body type and personal taste better. I suggest all brides to consult Katy and the team where possible because they know what they are doing! In the end, I said yes to the Angelina" gown off the rack (which was in perfect condition) and decided to add further embellishments on the straps for that extra sparkle.About a month leading up to my wedding date

I am so grateful I had the experience of being an Em Bridal Bride! Katy and her team are exceptionally talented. I went with a custom bespoke design and the customer service was excellent from start to finish of the 9 month process. Katy has a skill for taking an idea and turning it into my dream dress. Having the regular fittings meant the dress fit perfectly and I couldn't have been more comfortable on my wedding day. I received compliments the entire day on all aspects of my dress from design to fabric. The quality of the dresses from em bridal are unrivaled and all for a very reasonable price!
