I cannot rate Lexus Chatswood enough. The team there is very friendly and attentive. Calvin especially was super helpful and highly communicative throughout the whole process. Can't have asked for a better team to make the purchase of my new car as smooth as possible.

5 stars well deserved.Hard to believe, but true. A “friend” reverse charged the flat battery of my 8 year old GS250. Multiple fuses blown when reconnecting, so towed to Lexus. Big job checking every fuse and locating the special ones at wreckers. The car’s multiple and large wiring diagrams illustrate the complexity.Job completed in 10 days and the car is back on the road.

Poor Customer Service. Do yourself a favour and avoid buying car at Lexus of ChatswoodWe purchased our Lexus IS300 model on the 6th November 2021. At the time of purchasing it, the sales representative, Robert Adams was very friendly and promised to deliver the car to us in the perfect condition as specified in contract. We paid for the deposit under the assumption that they will deliver on what they promise. First him and the Business Manager Tommy Wang advised the car would be ready mid-week. We waited and nothing happened. Then we caught up with Robert and then was advised the car would be ready on the weekend. We were very excited, but to our disappointment, after a week we still didn't get the car. Long story short, we ended up waiting two weeks before we were able to pick it up. We picked the car up under the impression that everything in the contract was fixed. However, after having driven the car only TWICE, we were shocked to find that the scratched rear bumper and rear wheel passenger side wasn't fixed as promised. What's even more disappointing is we discovered that the front bottom of the car was badly damaged to the point where you can see through to the metal - through the clearcoat, paint and primer (which they failed inform us at all of this problem)When we called them to discuss about the remedy options and if we can work something out such as partial refund as compensation for the defect and for the fact that they failed to inform us about the bottom scratched paint problems, we were told that IT IS A USED CAR AND WE CANT EXPECT THE CAR TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION". and that "IT'S NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX THE CAR and that "OUR REFUND REQUEST TO THEM IS A STRAIGHT NO". The only offer that was given to us is for us to drive 90 mins back to their store and leave the car there for them to fixed.It is obvious they just want to take your money

My service at Chatswood Lexus was excellent. Communication from Lexus was always prompt and friendly. They organised the pick up. The car was picked up on time and delivered back promptly. Very happy with the whole experience.

Incredibly well engineered vehicles and first rate service. I have owned a number of other ‘prestige’ vehicles but none have come close to the build quality, reliability and longevity of Lexus. Service experience is equally impressive.

Brilliant experience taking delivery of my new Lexus car from Lexus of Chatswood! Right from the initial order booking to taking the delivery Calvin stayed in contact and shared regular updates on vehicle production and arrival to their dealership.The delivery date was finalised within few days of paperwork completion! Loved how you get the private room delivery of your new car and the curtain raiser! Would highly recommend Calvin to discuss your new car needs!Car gift was a good gesture as well!Will hopefully be back for my next Lexus soon :)

Got told last minute all new Lexus cars only have one car key. What an experience!! Worse yet is a staff tried to sugarcoat it with ‘technology’… Lexus built nice and beautiful cars, but Lexus Chatswood definitely needs better staff and management.

Had an amazing experience at Lexus of Chatswood. Got my used is250 from them. Very professional,friendly team up to date with the market. Highly recommended for anyone looking for new or used Lexus. Big thank you for the whole team and experience.

Cameron and Sam looked after me from the get-go. Cameron put my mind at ease in terms of the repairs required and Sam kept me posted twice a week until the repairs were completed. The quality of the work was First-Class, I got Lexi back all shiny and new again. Lexus insurance was exemplary and took care of the hire car so that I remained mobile.
