I cannot rate highly enough the service from Paul. He came to our house on a Saturday on short notice to fix a stuck sliding door and did the most amazing and quick job. He then fixed the screen door too and gave me tips on how to look after the rollers and locks myself. The price was very reasonable for the excellent service. I cannot say thank you enough and will recommend you to anyone else with glass or door problems.

So happy with Paul's workmanship and he is such a great personality to have working in your home. Replaced all the drafty old broken timber windows in our house with aluminium sliders, awnings and casements keeping out the cold and noise whilst keeping the original look. On his suggestion, Paul teamed up with a builder to cut out and fit a bi-fold serving window between our kitchen and deck and it looks unreal! Honestly couldn't be happier with the service we received and we definitely will be using Budget Windows again if we do any further renovations. Such an honest and reliable business - thank you.

Budget by name, budget by install. After installation of my front door and patio door, they came back at least 6 times to rectify issues regarding the installation. They caused so much stress, waste of my time and kept going round and round in circles with the problems. Poor communication and hard to get in contact with at time. I had to even tell them I would seek legal action if the issues weren't resolved I would advise of other installers first to save you the stress and hassle I went through ❌

We contacted this company to come and measure and quote for multiple windows in our home. Very prompt to come out and do this, however have not heard from him since. He said he would have a quote to us within a couple of days, we have been waiting weeks now. My husband contacted him and he said he would get it to us.....still waiting. so disappointing, clearly it was too big of a job for him. Have gone to another company.

Simply the best service, value, courtesy and quality around. Paul is such a great problem solver. He solved awful problems with our Bi-fold door and one issue unfolded into another. Never defeated he kept going until everything was working the best it could be. He never gives up. And is so honest and helpful. His prices are exceptionally good value. Faultless.
