Perhaps the best customer service experience I have ever had. The guy serving was prompt, no bs, got straight onto the task and the team finished the work on my vehicle well ahead of the expected time. Great work TJM team.

Not a helpful staff/ store culture. I was on a long trip and needed a second fuel filter change as outback fuel problems but declined service as they are booked out and I understand but if they can’t help someone in a situation like mine they don’t have a helping culture among them, greedy business.

Found the service here first class, Jayden took the time to work through the options available for my new Ranger.I have placed an order for a numer of accessories to be fitted in the near future.I will review again after the work is complete.

Never ending issues with TJM Nailsworth, have been very disappointed with the service provided. Have been taking vehicles here for many years and there has been nothing but issues each time, things seem to get broken, damaged, scratched or cracked every time it is taken in to have work done. Each time we require to have to come back again to get it fixed and/or have to wait for a part to come in. There is very poor communication to customers, I constantly have to follow up on the status of the part, at times going up to a month or 2 without hearing anything from TJM. I have found TJM to be disrespectful of our time, money and cars. Very unwilling to provide compensation for any mistake or inconvenient situation, not empathetic with customers. I hope things can improve as their variety of products are great.

Thank you to Stuart for the positive experience in decking my Ranger out with a lithium dual battery system, and ando plugs in the rear for towing. Great customer service!! Great value!! Happy customer.

Richard and the crew at TJM Nailsworth provided excellent customer service and support with the fitting of accessories to my Dmax.Any adjustments I required to the original quote or package were done so promptly and they even threw in a few discounts due to the quantity of products I required.I had multiple delays with the delivery of my new vehicle which meant rescheduling fitment dates frequently. Richard was very extremely flexible and organised and ensured I was able to get accessories fitted almost immediately after vehicle delivery.I highly recommend the staff and service at TJM Nailsworth.

I would like to congratulate Jayden from TJMNailsworth on his professionalism and knowledge of the products that I was enquiring about. I had checked out similar products (Bull Bars, Fridge Slides & Roof Racks) at various other suppliers but decided to go with TJM as Jayden didn’t make me feel like an idiot when I asked simple questions, like some others did.

Visited the shop to get a quote to reattached an old TJM roll bar to the 4x4 we bought from interstates. Two staffs (an office women and mechanic) looked into it for 5 min. TJM just gave me the nuts, bolts and explain how to do it myself, very helpful and friendly. We ended getting a mechanic fixing it because it was more complicated that initially thought. We will be back at TJM as they've come across as very competent.

I called into the Nailsworth store today to find out about a bullbar for my 200 series, spoke to Scott who was very helpful and will definitely return to purchase soon
