Last week I visited Agpower looking for a cordless mower and line cutter. The service I received was so professional and helpful. Brad explained how to operate the mower, set it up for me and pushed it out to my vehicle and lifted it in. As I am now well into my seventies, it was such a great help. Rude employee who was cranky when the service department didn't inform him we were collecting our repaired lawn mower -like it was our fault! $572 to repair a belt and screw. Parts were $82 and $437 for labour although it didn't state how much time was spent on labour and apparently sharpened the blades. Cost as much as a car service. If you want to pay a fortune and be treated like an inconvenience then this is the place for you. DID get a follow up from business to apologise which was appreciated. Was not fault of the service department who were not present when mower collected. Staff member at main counter should not have indicated their annoyance to the customer. They could have sorted that out behind closed doors during the week.

Just received my tractor from Agpower. What a great mob to deal with. The gentlemen that delivered it was so nice and patient going through all the features. Thank you to Brad and the team for going the extra yards.

Very good place and great customer services I bought a Polaris ace 150 good price and a good quality product. The mechanics here are very professional and very knowledgeable. Great place to buy agricultural machinery. Brad was very friendly and helpful and even Let me start it up and take it for a test drive. Very happy with the ATV. Ihighly recommend this place.

Bought a Polaris from Steve Scully. He’s very helpful and friendly. He came all the way to Yea to deliver it to us. Since it’s our first time owning a UTV, he patiently walked through with us on how to use it. He even read the manual for us and highlighted the important points for us to note in regards with the utv! Definitely coming back to angpower should we need any other farm machinery! Thank you Steve!
