Yd should be given an award for the worst customer service experience in the history of retail.Invoice # PN32-057-068Sale assistant: N****rDate: 31-07-2019I was browsing for ties just beside the counter for a special occasion. The sales assistant just looked at me and completely ignored me.There was an offer buy 3 for $20. I asked for assistance at the count for the matching pocket square that was not reachable from the shop floor.The sales assistant just glanced at the display and point blankly told me No we dont have it" with attitude.I was patient

We were greeted by Daniel whilst entering the store, and I've got to say - his service was exceptional.He was attentive, helpful and even managed to upsell me some great jackets - He even ran out of the store to find me, as I forgot to take my complimentary pocket-chief. Good service is hard to come by, and I can't be more than happy with the experience. ( I probably spent $400 worth.) Not bad for a Sunday morning shop. Thank you and I'll be a return customer.

They will always have some really niceley priced items, really good quality ones, that you cant just leave..whenever i go in just to browse, and always come out with a bunch of items.

Excellent deals and fabulous staff. The girls in there were absolutely friendly. They helped us choosing my son's formal clothing and we absolutely love it! I love their sales and clothing too!Thank you so much!

I have been coming here for years and always got fantastic customer service. Went today and was served by a group of new sales assistants. So***(staff name) specifically was quite rude and unhelpful with her service. They weren’t professional as well and needs more training before doing a customer facing job. Quite disappointed and won’t be coming back again.
