Friendly staff. Pleasant overall experience. However, limited range of fresh bakery products compared to Woolworths in other towns. Could expand on these considering they are the only major supermarket in a growing town. Parking can also be an issue during peak times.

Always have empty shelves. And they freeze foods and put them out without anything telling you this product was frozen. I'd rather travel than use it

Our shopping experience is very average each time we do our shopping here. A lot of items we use, we can not get them, for some unknown reason, they only stock what they want to, rather than what us, the regular customer needs.

Some staff are more interested in chatting with work mates than interacting with the customers they're serving. Other Staff are great, friendly and enjoyable to be served by

Samantha from Bakery was polite, friendly and helpful.Alex from Produce was also friendly and presented his department well.Unfortunately the young female at the Service Desk was less than friendly, speaking in an abrupt manner.The Store was well presented, clean and tidy, with self serve checkouts available.There is a BWS Liquor Store next door.Wheelchair ♿ parking and access is also available.

Who said this place has good parking has never been there. It is the ONLY supermarket in town We have to use it or drive 20km for other options. Giving a 2 was kind. There were no baskets at the door.

This is my favorite Woolworths. Great variety and lots of goodies. Excellent to have toilets right there in the building. My only suggestion would be more staff needed on registers when its busy.
