Called to say I'd be 15 mins late and to see if they could still accommodate me. They gave me a time and said if I was there by then it was fine. I turned up at the appointed time. After I was seated I was ignored for 20 minutes. The time for the colourist had therefore run out for anything other than a root touch up. When she finally got to me all she had time for was a slap dash job. She not only got it in my hair but on my neck, a good part of my forehead and temples and over and in my ears. We spent more time rubbing colour off than we did leaving it on. My stylist turned out to be the most junior person there and she did not know what she was doing. All I asked for was that the style not sit flat and that I have curls. I was going to a wedding which I mentioned. She showed me some styles and we agreed on the curl. She did it differently to what we'd discussed and had the nerve to tell me she did what I wanted. She asked someone for help who said she had no time. I asked her to get someone and an older woman came. She told the junior that she had done the curls incorrectly. The wedding was at 3pm. I arrived at Sensoria at 11.45am and left at 2.30pm. I had 30 mins to get back to my hotel, dress make up etc. My hair was flat and limp by the time I go tg back to my hotel, a drive of 5 minutes. I was not charged for the blow dry they did on my hair by way of some remediation. Not good enough. My hair after over 2 hours there was a disaster. It was too late to wash it and do something with it myself. The only senses Sensoria stirred were intense disappointment and the knowledge that even without paying for the blowdry, I'd wasted a lot of money for nothing. How did I feel going to wedding with 25 minutes left to dress etc and with a hair disaster? Awful.

Had a colour, cut and style by Najette . Extremely happy with result .

I paid $250 The colour was nothing like what I had asked for, pretty much walk out with what I walked in with. The scalp massage when having my hair washed was painful. When I emailed pictures and asked for the colour to be fixed, I was informed it would cost $200 to do so.

Dreadful hairdressers, we used 2 hairdressers from this salon for my daughters wedding, 5 bridesmaids had their hair curled none of the curls lasted and were gone before the wedding started.The bride had a bun which looked like a birds nest. Mother of the groom redid her own hair, my hair despite asking for soft waves and after 4 attempts by the hairdresser was straight with ratty ends. They brought only a flat iron,hair dryer and hair spray. Would not recommend this salon to anyone
