Aked to buy dog clippers to cut small dog, clippers did not perform like they should wound not cut hair, tried to return them next day as they were not cheap $150, informed no they are only for grooming around the face (which I was not told this when I bought them) no we can only give you $130 back to spend in shop because we have to send them away for cleaning to re sell?...Now wouldn't it make more sense to return the item to the company, provide good customer service and give equal amount of $150 back to spend in the shop anyway and keep the customer happy??? So it's a little concerning on how many other products are being 'cleaned' and resold for top dollar???

Staff is always nice and friendly. So many variety of dog treats are there!

On the web site says closing soon, IT DID NOT OPEN. Closed early Thursday missed the store, online said it would be open today until 4pm [opening holiday hours] went at 1pm locked up tight. How about you let your customers know opening hours and stick to it? Or has the business closed for good?

My favourite pet supply store in Cairns. Excellent prices and a large range of goods. The staff are always happy to help. The store also supports a local rescue group, adopt me kittens, and some days there are cute kittens to cuddle.

Friendly staff, had everything we needed and happily help us out and told where to find what we needed and what would work the best for our cage! Even though it's kinda hidden from the main road but still very accessible!

Usually is very quiet. Good in Covid19 times and good for customer service because they have time to actually serve you.

Always recieve the best customer service from all the staff. Their product knowledge is second to none.

Good store with the supplies that most pets would go berserk over.
