Ecostar Double Glazing

I have had from the begging of the first appointment only honesty. They told me it would take about 7 to 8 months to come as it comes from overseas. They kept me up to date the entire time. I have had my whole house done with every bedroom large windows and 4 bedrooms done. Playroom and kitchen and laundry and doggy door installed. I cannot say enough of how brilliant the installation team worked. They cleaned up everyday after themselves and were so polite and wonderful. I now have a house that keeps noise out and my house stays cool and when it’s cold it stays warm. Thank you to all of the installation guys for doing such a wonderful job and thank you ecostar for being honest and wonderful in every way. I would give your company the award of the year.

We have had several window installations done by Ecostar over a period of approximately 3 years. Their service had been excellent and any problems encountered have been courteously, promptly and professionally resolved. We are delighted with the work done and are very happy with our purchase. Yes, the product is expensive, but it is a quality and worthwhile product. Our rooms are now better insulated from the cold and from external noise. Based on our experiences, I would not hesitate to recommend Ecostar.

All the negative reviews given are completely true. I definitely wished I read them thoroughly before. I generally would never post a negative review ,but the experience with the product and team is been complete disappointment. The sales techniques mentioned in them are absolutely spot on. On initial enquiry, they mentioned you won't be able to hear even the birds sing". You can hear the noises and the birds singing too. There is negligible noise reduction. And for that result

The installation of Ecostar double glazed widows throughout our home has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Right from the start with the quotation to the final installation of the windows it has run like clockwork. The installation went smoothly and without any problems. The guys cleaned up and took us through the operation of the windows before leaving. The end result is spectacular! They might cost a little more than other products out there, but the extra expense is well worth it. The reduction in our heating and cooling bills is amazing and the rooms are so much quieter.I highly recommend Ecostar to anyone considering double glazing for their home, you won’t be disappointed!

Sadly the overseas supply issues caused a long delay, but the product was worth the wait on this chilly Melbourne morning. The installers worked into the evening due mainly to issues with getting the old windows out and the job is fantastic. They even reinstalled the 4 metre high curtain track for us. Have only done the more problem half of the house, but thinking seriously of getting the rest done. Thanks Ecostar.

BEWARE! 2nd home now double glazed. This experience however, unlike the 1st was a huge costly time delayed mistake. $45K spent and treated appallingly by the inept management. Take my advice and shop elsewhere. Read the other poor reviews. Abandoned mid stream with no assistance. Pressurised sales, and zero communication then more pressure to spend even more with hidden costs after install.Update-Wow!Ecostar now threatening legal action against my personal opinion and experience with this company. Requesting I remove this review or else.I’m posting this to warn others of my experience.

Hours long sales pitch in which you’re given condescending questions, forced to listen to more info than needed or discuss your personal life with the sales person while the long quote is taking place on the spot. As others have mentioned a quote is given after all this misery and then when declined it can come down over thousands to half price with ‘calls to a manager’ then those offers are declined they become optional and you can just have the discount if you do it now. The mood shifts and your wants as the customer are not considered no matter how many times you try and questions you have regarding anything about the install process etc are glazed over. I honestly was pretty happy with the product but completely put off by the sales tactics and every minute the appointment continued I became more adamant out of principle that if this is the representation of their business and how desperate they are for money not integrity, I don’t want it and lost faith in the product. Would recommend paying a bit extra for the honesty and time taken for the quote as other companies have done and save a few hours of your life.

Toxic, manipulative, deceptive.Their sales tactic playbook is fixated on separating you from the contents of your bank accounts.I would prefer a clear plastic sheet held in place with duct tape before dealing with this company.Luckily there are plenty of other window manufacturers and installers that are much nicer and easier to deal with.You only got one-star because negative stars is not an option.

Love my new windows. Great service from start to finish. Made such a differance to keeping our old house warmer and keeping street noise out. Initially , my husband was a bit skeptical, but he is now a fan. And we were still able to have the lead light copied to match my old windows. Which no other company was prepared to do.

Steve and Peter changed all the windows in my house. They were really competent and very friendlyI was very worried as I have a concrete walls with embedded steel window frames but they were very reassuring and made everything look easy.They cleaned as they went so living in the house as the windows were changed was not a problemThe windows look amazing and I swear that the house feels warmer all readyI recommend eco star unreservedly especially Steve and Peter.
