Incredible staff! I live on the east side but I will travel to Sunshine because of how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. Thank you to Sayed for his patience and perseverance in finding us the best product and alerting us to the specials and deals. Also to Ash and the kind gentlemen in the Carpet/Floor area.

Came in today, they have very nice workers but the manager does not seem to be too nice. He was being quite mean to a worker who it seemed had only just started working. Made me a little uncomfortable, should work on his politeness - especially to his own staff.

Cindy at Harvey Norman provided me with exceptional service. Her product knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were impressive. She guided me through the selection process for buying appliances in my new home, addressing all my questions and ensuring a smooth transaction. Highly recommended!

Classic Harvey Norman up to their old tricks again. My wife bought for my son a bed which she chose from beds on display in-store. the bed turned up and it was completely different. the bed was a different colour and it looked like it was made from scrap timber from a demolition site. Even narrow bits of timber was glued together from even smaller pieces and the marks like damage from something leaning on it. The nightmare to get the guys to resolve the issue is absolutely criminal. Issue still not resolved and the sales guy still rude. We had a similar experience in the tech department when trying to buy a laptop for my autistic son. The manager tried to take advantage when he realised that NDIS was paying for it. Utterly disgusting behavior from the whole team because not one person there attempted to do the right thing.

Went in on Wednesday during mid afternoon to print some images, and whilst waiting for the images to be produced I purchased a number of frames.The sales person - Phillip Trinh - was courteous, and very helpful. Whilst we waited he took the time to show me a number of new tech printers and explain their functionality, and helped me in mounting the prints. He made the whole experience pleasant.In my humble opinion, he is a genuine asset to the store, as you do not often find customer service like this now days.Thank you Phillip, you made my day, and I will be back again.

Attended store last Friday.Upon entry was greeted by a very polite friendly young man and asked me what I was after.I told him micro ovens.He directed me to them.After a while he approached me and asked me if he could assist.He was very helpful after choosing the unit I bought.He directed me to the pay counter and brought the unit to the counter and offered to carry it to my car which he did.His name is Vincent Thang.Please pass on my thanks to him.I’m in sales and he impressed me the way he conducted himself.I think he is an asset to your store.

We had to buy a new washing machine the week leading into Christmas. Had issues with the unit when we unpacked it. Within 2 days we had a replacement delivered. Being a hectic week and the model of washing machine being a popular one, I thought we wouldn't have the unit till after Christmas. The guys at Harvey Norman were all over it. Great communication, service & delivery. Thanks Harvey Norman for having Great staff at the Sunshine store that delivered when we needed them.

I had issue with faulty LG microwave which is under warranty . Store manger wiped off his hand saying you have speak to LG and our process will take 3-4 week to identify if it’s faulty or not . After speaking to LG they have issued the store credit but Harvey norman staff have excused like some is sick , I can not check email , it’s weekend no staff is available to process credit and attitude was pretty bad especially Hitesh Store manger . Whole staff is jumping up and down when you want to buy but when it come to customer service they are hand balling to each other and then supplier .

Bought a new iPad and accessories from HN, Sunshine 15/5/23. Ishraq- the young salesman was outstanding in his customer service in his product knowledge and hints on swapping over data to new device. Pleasant experience for a senior citizen.

I visited Sunshine Harvey Norman on three occasions simply to look for the fridge, and Omar, the employee who assisted me, is one of the best at providing customers the greatest services. I am very pleased with his customer service and I recommend.
