Fingal Bay Holiday Park

Great location. Well managed, clean, good sized pool for kids, across the road from the beach. No wonder it’s booked out every summer.

Fantastic location opposite a patrolled beach. Lovely well maintained gardens surrounding the 3 bedroom villa. Kookaburras on the deck and peaceful, quiet stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and games room. Only minor negative was the limited 2 sachets of washing powder for 5 night stay, needed a couple more.

We have now booked a powered van sites on 2 occasions here, once in July and once in March. Pleasant helpful staff. Awesome modern facilities inc pool. Located opposite Fingal Beach and 5 minutes from Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. Would highly recommend this park !!!

Canceled booking over 30 days prior and was charged $50 cancellation fee.The booking cancellation was due to circumstances which were out of our hands which were explained to Kylie but fell on deaf ears. We had to cancel 5 other accommodations which all returned a full refund except this one.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom budget cabin. Clean and tidy, includes enough appliances to get by for the week in the small kitchen.The toilet had a flushing issue and they came and fixed it within 10min of me reporting it at the front desk.The location is top notch, across the road from Fingal Bay beach, 10min out of Nelson Bay. A beautiful walk down the road gets you to Shoal bay for cafes and the country club for a delicious lunch.The park overall has a great atmosphere, a pool, games room, tennis court adjacent, multiple BBQ sites and their own playground with equipment for the kids!I recommend this place for a holiday. You won't regret it.

I was travelling to the Gold Coast from Victoria in a caravan and this was my second stop for a couple of days, very friendly at reception the only issue I found was the sites were very tight and the one they put me on I didn't fit (My van is 7M) lucky for me the park was quite empty being the off season and I could pick another spot but I found the roads not wide enough and ended up on a corner site which was fine, I think when this place is busy getting a large van in and out might be a bit difficult.The park amenities were excellent well maintained and serviced regularly, there is a games room for the kids a great camp kitchen and dining area, directly across the road from the park is a majestic beach I'm sure in summer this would be very busy and just a short stroll your in the small village shopping precinct with a quaint general store.This park is situated about 50 minutes from the main highway so its a bit out of the way if your heading north but I think the area is well worth the detour.

A great place to have a family holiday. A beautiful safe beach across a quiet road and cycleways heading to Nelson Bay and beyond.The site has a great camp kitchen and the toilets are kept spotlessly clean.Only downside was the pitches could be bigger for today's set ups and bigger vehicles. The bushes and trees could do with a trim as they were encroaching on the pitches, otherwise a great place to holiday.

Loved this caravan park. Beach across the road, awesome pool. Amenities and camp kitchen are modern and clean. We will definitely be back.

The grounds are kept very tidy, including all the permanent vans which are immaculate. The bathrooms are very large and super clean. We stayed mid week on a powered site and the park was pretty full but it was still quiet and very peaceful. The sites are pretty close together and the streets were a lot narrower than expected and did see a few people struggling to reverse in their caravans however we did manage to reverse in a motorhome comfortably.
