Amazing service! The most helpful staff ive ever met! Great selection of healthy fish and plants. Recommend it to some one who is new in fishkeeping and needs some advice. They'll give you advice over the phone or you can even come into the store without buying anything and he'll help you!

New Owners Kayla and Matt went the extra mile to get my new Redsea tank to me after a mix up with the delivery company, very helpful as they also delivered the tank to my house and offer to help set up.Full of knowledge in the marine and freshwater department and willing to help out in anyway, highly recommend.OUTSTANDING SERVICE COMPARED TO PREVIOUS OWNERS!!

Beautiful freshwater and marine display tanks. Good range of freshwater fish. The other day I bought 4 ember tetras and was happy with the price and size of them. All 4 are healthy and active.

The new owners are awesome.They understand what customer service is.The shop looks fresh and clean. The tanks are spotless and the fish stocks are healthy.Plenty of products on show to purchase.What a breath of fresh air compared to the old owners.I will be back to purchase more fish and products in the future.Keep up the great work.Thank you.

The new owners are extremely passionate about their fish and products. They give fantastic customer service in store and through their Facebook services. The new owners are always ready to help and go out of their way to ensure the information given on products and their beautiful fish and coral is current. If you have fish, either cold water fish like gold fish, tropical fish or Marine fish and coral this is the place to shop and ask questions.

Very friendly and helpful. Great variety of fish stock competively priced. Good assortment of hard aquascaping products at great prices, e.g. wood and rock. Nice variety of plants not found in chain pet stores. All the aquariums were clean and the fish were lively. Highly recommend visiting.

Why does a girl have to spend 40+ mins on talking to a customer without acknowledging that others who want to buy a fish/pebbles etc are just left standing there? I even went back to the car and tried calling the store...no avail. Might be knowledgeable but wouldn't know as we were completely ignored. Went back in and still no customer service so left fishless

Lights above goldfish were flashing like a strobe, likely causing them a lot of stress and possibly being the cause of the several dead ones in their tanks. Axolotl's looked very stressed and not in good health and their filter appeared to be clogged or broken. Tropical and Marine fish looked well taken care of but if you're not interested in a type of fish and don't care about their wellbeing then just don't sell them.
