Sorted out a defect with a panel and helped me replace a gas lift that suited a heavier mattress very efficiently. We were happy to stick a vinyl over the cracked panel and live with the gas lift but they went out of their way to replace and install the new panel gas lift. Very happy!

Have limited options of beddings with usual entrance and siplay area. But it is understandable as it is a warehouse. But prices are very competitive across market.

Excellent service. They rang next day after I reported a problem, and are sending replacing the gas struts at no cost. This is even though our bed is out of warranty. Great furniture.

From the moment I contacted them, I felt like I was in good hands. They were patient with my endless questions, then swoop in, take charge, and save the day! But seriously, they are a bunch of friendly and knowledgeable folks who know their stuff. I couldn't have been more impressed with their level of service and support.
