The staff here are so helpful & have excellent advice. My make up has never been better, they have a good rewards system & you are never short of help- I am very greatful for all the help from.the wonderful staff. So glad to have started to come here. Also due to better products that suit my skin my application time & amounts of product used has dramatically reduced- I really recommend getting advice & letting the staff work their magic.

I was served by Naomi and she was so lovely. She took her time to explain a few of the products I ended up picking, had great product knowledge and helped me to not make the mistakes she made with the same products. Would definitely go back to get her advice on other products!

I went in this morning looking for a foundation match. I was served by Justin who was truly incredible and went above and beyond to assist me today. I was provided with recommendations for not only foundation to suit my skin type but with a primer and setting powder to help achieve the look I am looking for. Justin gave me some amazing tips and advice that I will be implementing into my routine from now on.

Taylor at Mecca Cosmetica was super friendly and provided an excellent service. She gave her expert opinion, based on both her experience with the products and went in depth to help me understand the ingredients of the products better. She is an absolute asset to the team and I will definitely be returning to the store for more services.

Mason went beyond the call to help me hunt down a hard to match MAC lip colour, my favourite of course, out of stock everywhere. Finally found one v similar, but it too had been discontinued. The helpful manager okayed him offering me the tester (well sanitised) for free, but, searching for the lid in a drawer, found the last existing one! I told him the PR value of this wonderful gesture was huge, I'm telling everyone how terrific your service is. Thank you

Jess and Maria were absolutely wonderful. This is my regular mecca store and Jess blew me away with how happy she was to help me and knowledgeable on skincare products. It’s clear they love their jobs and are very good at it. Thank you ladies!

An absolutely amazing retail experience! I had been sent a photo of a bottle of perfume that my daughter wants for Xmas, by her Mum. I spoke to the young gentleman at the front door, showed him the photo and to please point me in the direction of where I would find it. Before I arrived at the shelf, another staff member had approached me with the perfume saying this is what I was looking for. The cashier was just as helpful with gift wrapping etc.I have never had that level of service in a retail store. The staff are a credit to themselves and to the brand. Management clearly recruits well and is innovative in systems and internal comm’s!

I went to this store yesterday around lunch time but it has changed. They weren't welcoming and no one has asked if I needed any help. 5 of them were chatting in the middle- where the mecca products are, then I go to the other side(Hourglass section) and 3 more in a group are chatting. I went to Sephora instead- it was a whole different vibe and happily purchased items from there.

Had an issue with a perfume I had purchased online. Went into Mecca Cosmetica to return and swap. The customer service there was amazing, they were really helpful and understanding and the transaction went through smoothly. Thank you
