What is it that petrol station panel operators do all day beside collect money. Why does young Aussie guy ALWAYS ask for pump number every time. I am driving a BIG truck Do they have no clue what is going on outside?? Six (6) watering cans every one empty SAD.Yesterday I returned parking VERY LARGE TRUCK in front of attendants office window while I refueled BIG truck. On entering attendant's area once again was asked for pump number". Yes watering can empty. (left can empty)"

Today after work around 5pm See a sign on doors to wait 15 mins, there were others waiting 20 mins, as some of us had to wait. we told others and they carried on. Then see the man inside take paper off door Go in and pay and chargers me someone else's fuel while being on the phone, then took another 15minsto refund. what if that was all I had! Not good.

Fast efficient service. Clean. Easy shopping. Good priced petrol.

Terrible service bad attitude last time I ever go there

Haven't been back here in ages because the female attendant charged me for someone else's petrol which was $68 she was quite rude so I put in a complaint about her as my petrol was less than that she never apologied she would ignore me and prented to be on the computer which she did alot of she was either on the computer or phone not serving the customersThe young man tried to give me to much change even though it comes up on the computer screen. When I was having trouble with the pump he told me there could be something wrong with my fuel tank ! Before saying the pumps might not have been calibrated.The petrol tanker was there the other morning right on 8:am and the driveway was blocked so cars couldn't refuelHaven't been back there since very disappointed in the service not the kind of staff I would have representing woolies

Good servo. Awkward access to pumps. Staff are great, identified when I could save money by buying another drink.
