Great company to deal with from start to finish. Quote and booking was a breeze to complete online and some quick follow up the next day. Removalists showed up exactly on time with a call 30mins beforehand. Move went well and movers were lovely and professional, great blokes. Went above and beyond, even liquid nails some of my flimsily furniture for me which was much appreciated. Nothing broken, everything was actually in better condition after the move!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The two guys who unloaded my stuff were quick and efficient, removing all the wrapping and taking it away with them. Thanks guys - awesome job.

Tom and Michael delivered my consignment which came from overseas. They were careful with each item and both very friendly. They unpacked all the furniture as requested and left the boxes neatly for me to go through later. They also removed all the packaging, not leaving a single piece of paper behind. Thanks guys!

Do not EVER accept an hourly rate from this company if you are moving locally. My experience was to move on a Friday and 2 men arrived LATE, sat in the driveway for nearly half an hour, complained about how big a week they had and how tired and physically exhausted they were and moved at snail’s pace. They at least acknowledged and apologised for their slow work. They disappeared for nearly an hour between upload and unload and that was equally slow. Certainly did NOT impact on what I was charged. Made a verbal complaint to the company and was to,d that a partial refund would be recommended…..NEVER heard from again. NEVER AGAIN.

You haven’t delivered yet!You arrived with my belongings and then took them back. Very unprofessional as you chose not to work with my foreman on the job.I had other furniture arriving a day later and they cooperated with my onsite foreman and got the job done.

After our belongings arrived at whybirds, the imports department informed me that there were 3 little Christmas decorations that either needed treating or destroyed by the customs officer. I replied and paid the money straight away for the 3 little decorations to be destroyed. Not only did they destroy the 3 decorations, they destroyed the whole tea-chest sized box WITHOUT my consent. I would have paid all the money in the world to have what was in that box treated if that was the case. The box was filled with sentimental items, some of which was from our late father.The funny thing was, one of the workers knew I was desperate for a certain box, then suddenly the box I wanted got ‘destroyed’ by customs.On a positive note, when I was having issues with our boxes that had arrived internationally, I got in touch with one of the managers who worked hard to get my boxes delivered before Xmas and communicated well. It was just when I realised not all my boxes had been delivered, everything went silent.

The guys, Issac and Tom, were amazing. They did the job professionally, quickly and I had confidence that our belongings were being looked after.The job was larger than they expected but that did not worry them one bit. I would highly recommend them and will use them again. Thank you.

Isaac and Tom arrived on time and worked very hard for hours delivering our shipment from overseas. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you for making what could be a stressful day actually enjoyable.
