Took my car in for service. Not only was it affordable but they fixed a bent bar under my car for no additional cost. The staff are super friendly too.

Alex put an engine in my wife's car at his old place and did an awesome job. I thought I would take my pride and joy here to the new place to get a new clutch put into it. The car was in a1 mechanical condition apart from the clutch. When I picked it up I noticed that the car did not sound right at all. I rang alex as soon as I got home and was assured that the noise was normal. After another week the noise was getting worst. I took Alex for a test drive and he agreed that there was a noise however he said that the noise was there before and that he wasn't responsible for it!Alex would not even look at the car to see what the noise was. I have since taken it to another mechanic who has taken photos and written a complete report on the clutch that I will be taking to consumer protection.In my opinion the work was not done by alex but by the two other mechanics that are there now. Alex is no longer doing the work himself and this is where the problem lies.I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. Yes he is cheap but you also get cheap mechanics and cheap service.I am very disappointed and have given alex every opportunity to help fix the problem but to no avail.Beware people!

Alex is a miracle worker! My soon to be husband and I were in an accident 2 days before we had to return to Kalgoorlie (6 hour drive from Perth). Our condenser and radiator needing replacing and, on a Saturday, Alex moved mountains and repaired everything! Service is above and beyond! 11/10

Sub contracted a job to Alex, had a great experience at first..... I had some axle bearings on a hiace pressed off and on with bearings supplied by us. Installed and sent on it's way after we rebuilt the diff centre. A month goes by and the client informs us that there are leaking axle seals and contaminated brakes. We strip it down again and find that the sleeves where the inner axle seal runs on both axles are spaced incorrectly. I take the axles back and Alex doesn't want to admit there is a problem even with the toyota specs shown to him, that my toyota tech obtained from Toyota's portal. I tell him no worries, I need to get this van back on the road I'll pay for the new bearings if you get them apart again, knowing that he had made tooling already to do so. So made a negative profit on the job. He can't grasp the re installation process so we take it back to our shop to do now that we only need a press to press it all together. Now we are waiting on more parts $$$, because the bearing housing on both axles are warped from his -incorrect and dangerous, as it turns out- method of disassembly. My worker and myself both saw some marginal work going on in this shop and I was able to snap photos of it, but I think this review is already long enough so I will leave it at that.Great business man, clean shop, rough workmanship.Next time measure things before you pull them apart mate!

Saved me thousands and gave honest advice. Now I would never go anywhere else!

Recently had my brakes checked, oil change and replaced four tyres for my 2003 Toyota Landcruiser Sahara with Alex Huynh Automotive Service Centre.Was told brakes were still in good condition and didn't need changing which was good to hear. Saved me lots of money.After replacing the four tyres and oil filter, my Landcruiser felt like it just rolled off Toyota's factory assembly line in mint condition. The car felt smooth like butter. Steering felt less stiff. Braking was effortless. Tyres were quiet like a mouse on the road. Very pleasant feeling overall after the service.As an unexpected bonus gesture, it seems like they did a general clean of the car for me. I noticed my car interior was void of sand on the rubber mat.I am very happy with the service provided.
