Dylan at InStitchu Macquarie was fantastic in helping me with my wedding suit. They came out great and were very comfortable on the big day. He had great communication and answered any questions which I had. I would highly recommend Dylan to be your tailor here.

i was late 20 minutes as my gps took me wrong way. i came to try my suit for the third time due to wrinkle on my pant. they tried to fix it, but still have same issue. my son wedding next week, therefore no matter what, i have to take it. i was served by dylan which straight away said, as you are late, i cant serve u. i said thats fine, i wanna pick up the suit. btw the store was empty, no customer at all.once he brought the suit, i said i wanna tried it first. dylan said you cant do that as you are late. it really boiled me the way he served customer. i told him that i came here many times as your company cant fix the wrinkle issue.anyway, i will never recommend this tailor to anyone. customer service really bad. product is no good as well.

Dylan was a superstar, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He went into great detail to explain all of the different options available with the suit tailoring, as well as helping guide me on the groomsmen's colour scheme, ties, shoes etc. even though these were not part of the purchase through InStitchu. I will definitely be using InStitchu again in the future!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the online booking process is easy to use. The quality of the fabrics and attention to detail in the tailoring make for a great custom-made suit.

Came into the store yesterday looking for a wedding suit. The man there was very lazy and doesn’t have good customer service skills. Turned us away because we have 12 weeks to the wedding despite a 12 week turn around. No explanation or alternatives provided just a bye bye and walked away from us. I understand if a business can’t take on an order but there’s definitely better ways to go about it that don’t make the customer feel completely disregarded.

Arash provided excellent service and made purchasing my wedding suit a very smooth experience. He was able to answer every question I had and make sure my suit fit perfectly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience working together on a couple of suits and a few jackets with Clare. Never knew it could be such a fun and seamless process. I am extremely happy with the result of each piece. So much so, I am looking forward to the next time.There were some minor adjustments to be made during the fitting phase, with the peace of mind that it would be delivered to my once completed added to the convenience of the service. The entire team were always friendly and professional. Can't say how many times they went above and beyond without any hassles to ensure I was happy.
