I love this gym community. I joined F45 3 weeks ago and love it! The competitions and challenges are great, the coaches are genuinely welcoming and everyone is friendly and encouraging. Makes the sweat worth it. Shout out to Loz and Josh!

Great atmosphere, great trainers. Such a welcoming and inclusive F45. Trainers are knowledgeable, professional and will adjust technique throughout the sessions.Thorough demo's at start of sessions, creative with in class challenges and good competitive environment for challenges - personally and as a studio.

Training here has turned around my health and confidence. I tried other gyms and this is hands down the best staff (supportive without being over-bearing) and best facility with plenty of space, great equipment and always clean. Awesome community as well - I've never felt intimated or uncomfortable only encouraged and supported. Thank you F45 Torrensville!!

The only place I’ve truly felt best support, variety and maintained interest in working out & staying active. Not just a place for working out - but many friendships built, support from coaches and members alike always- never a dull moment! Highly recommend from someone who has been coming here for 5 + years!

The team at F45 Torrensville are fantastic. Their encouragement is the best I’ve seen from an F45 team. As hard as F45 can be they make it a delight to train there, and going to gym has become that little bit easier. The results speak for themselves!5 out 5 stars, keep the great work up guys!

The F45 Torrensville studio is amazing! The coaches are hugely supportive and knowledgeable, and they have built the most friendly, welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to try their best and develop themselves. Previously, fitness felt like a chore and I was worried about feeling uncomfortable or insecure... since taking the leap and joining F45 Torrensville more than a year ago, I haven't looked back! The workouts are amazing, challenging and varied - and I love seeing the gradual improvement in myself and my fellow gym-goers.

I'd tried F45 before, starting with a trial in the eastern suburbs and then an active member for 6 months at another club in 2019 — but F45 Torrensville is on a whole other level. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and full of energy (but not in an annoying way). Whether you're someone who prefers to 'train and seeya', or a social butterfly who is looking for a similarly minded community, this specific F45 accommodates it all. 10/10

F45 Torrensville would have to be the best in the west! Not just a place to workout but such an amazing friendly supportive environment. The trainers are professional and helpful every workout. They put the fun in fitness!
