My experience with Poolwerx has been one to forget. I was quoted 6k to bring my pool operational. The quote in itself is crazy but I thought I’d pay for convenience and a good name (mistake 1). I have since checked the quote off against other businesses, all whom have laughed at the cost! (Should have done this first)After multiple call outs, leaking fittings, pool not balanced I have been left with an in-operational pool and a flooded lawn as a result of a valve not being inspected/replaced. The valve should have been replaced while the pool was empty.This has meant I have had to drain the pool losing all of my mineral salt in the process! Goodbye $900.Neither I, my family or friends will never be using this company again.Poor service, poor quality and way over priced.

Staff were always friendly and I happily got my water tested here for a long time. However, like many others when issues arose I was quoted exorbitant costs which second opinions proved were entirely unnecessary. I can't trust this brand anymore and feel fleeced by the work they did do, know knowing much was unnecessary and served only to keep me spending money.

Phone number run around and then get switched to ‘sorry to miss your call’ blurb. Not inspiring confidence at all.

Good customer service and the technicians are friendly. Don't expect them to return calls though. A time range when servicing will be done would be helpful so you're not stuck at home all day waiting.

I was really disappointed with the service from this store. I paid about $170 for a ‘handover’, during which I was told I’d be given an explanation of my system - exactly what I had, what I needed to update and when. For the price I paid… someone rocked up and told me all the system components he wanted to sell me - it was a sales visit… nothing was handed over.I had to call back several weeks after the visit because I received a text saying I still owed $72. Once we determined that they had sent that text in error, I advised I was still waiting for some information for new system components to be sent to me and was told it was still coming. The sales visit was over three months ago so I assume they’ve forgotten to send the information… as if I’d spend anymore money with this organisation anyway…Also I’ve not seen chlorine so expensive anywhere else.

Hired this company twice and both times they failed to complete the job. Once with the Pool Cover, after several requests and no reply, I completed the job myself. I was hesitant to hire them again and with their second chance, the attendant didn't even clean out the filter or run the backwash and charged more for the service than their competitors. Not interested in more excuses.
