I’m giving one star because the cake was nice enough to eat but these guys customer service is shocking. I have been to the braybrook location a number of times and have never had a bad experience with them and found them always to go above and beyond with their customer service especially surrounding organising custom cakes. I tried the Caroline Springs location as they are closer to me and I had wanted to organise a custom cake to be made and had ordered it a week in advance. I had to follow up via email and phone calls throughout the week to try and get a preview of what the cake would look like (Braybrook location shows you a preview of your cake at time of booking/ordering) and couldn’t get anybody to help me, not even an email back. When my husband went to collect the cake he wasn’t even greeted with a hello, just simply had the cake placed in his hands and then the sales lady walked away. The image and design of the cake did not meet my expectations (although, I didn’t really have any as I couldn’t speak to anyone about it) and I was thoroughly unimpressed.I will never use these guys again and do not recommend them either.

Buyers Beware!!!The Caroline Springs Branch has very dry cakes. It is like they leave the sponge cake out on the window sill to dry, then slap some icing on it. That’s really how it feels when you eat it. I showed Raoul the manager just how easily it crumbles when you rub it with the knife. And their mud cake is also like a dry sponge cake.I have brought it up with the manager Raoul and he said the cake is perfect. $45 wasted and he only offered $20 refund and a $10 gift voucher.

We have been ordering birthday cakes from the Cheesecake shop (caroline springs) for last 5 years. Everytime same consistency, always fresh and delicious. All time favourite has been their rainbow cake and the cookies and cream. Thank you Jess for helping us with our order. You were very helpful.

Amazing birthday cake, top notch quality! I loved their 'Sprinkle me Pretty' cake - it had the softest vanilla sponge cake with a delicious strawberry filling. I can't recommend this cake enough, and I'll be sure to go back for more.

This place is amazing and my go to for any occasion. Cakes are always not only looking great but also tastes delicious and moist.Lots of flavours to choose from and they can do any customisation you want. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Customer service is outstanding. Do yourself a favour and order a cake from them.

Lots of lovely cakes in stock. Great shop if you have a sweet tooth or need to buy a cake at short notice.

Today I went to Caroline springs shop and order few cakes for my daughter’s birthday, I have been served by Melanie, she spends time with me and gets all the details she needs to put an order, customer service is excellent and the way she spoke with other customers front of me was excellent.If anyone from the Cheesecake shop has seen this review please acknowledge her and this kind of staff should be rewarded as well
