I had a nasty spinal injury late in 2020. After many weeks of healing and starting physiotherapy to regain my movement, I wanted to try all I could to help with the muscle pain from the traumatic injury. I have had 4 Bowen Therapy and 4 Lomilomi Massage Treatments to date. I have to say the tension has eased substantially in my neck, shoulders and back muscles and I felt in so relaxed afterwards. I will be continuing to see Yasmin together with my physiotherapy. I also will be booking for a Reiki Healing session in the near future and I thoroughly recommend trying either of these treatments.
