Margaret River Taxi Service

Whoever the lady on the phone is was absolutely the rudest person I have ever heard. Yelling at us because she can’t give us a rough estimate on a fare. She then told us to use their app which was down so we called back and she then yelled down the phone again. So aggressive and rude. Absolutely gobsmacked. We now definitely will not be using this service. Either tell her to lose the attitude or GO.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE. Waste of time, booked a taxi for 10pm after dinner and no one turned up, left stranded in the centre of town with no way to contact them.

Tried to call multiple times to “book a taxi” Saturday night. Every time I called to book, the phone would be answered and hung straight up. Proceeded to wait in the taxi bay until a taxi arrived, only to be told that without a booking I would never get a taxi, that there was only two of them and I would have no hope of getting one. The taxi then drove off empty. Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous in a tourism town with venues serving alcohol on every corner. I think it is an absolute joke and should be made well known that you will need your car or you will be left stranded with a long walk ahead of you!

Booked a taxi to a venue in Margaret River which arrived no worries. Booked a return journey in the same phone call and confirmed multiple times that someone would pick us up at 8pm and not leave us stranded. What do you know, called the company after 8pm and they told us they forgot and couldn’t get someone out till 9pm. Venue had closed at 8pm, so we had to wait outside in the cold. Luckily a staff member of the venue saw us and gave us a lift home as she felt bad for us. Do not rely on this service.

When I could leave zero starts review, I would. I ordered a taxi to get me to my caravan park at 5:30. I got the confirmation message and there was no other way to get out of the place I was. Taxi DIDN'T COME AND DIDN'T EVEN CALL. Not recommended!!

has been up to an hour late every time i have booked with these guys. do not recommend

Pre-booked a taxi over the phone for 10.15pm. The taxi never showed up and no one answered the company phone. An unreliable service, do not rely on this taxi service to actually pick you up

Amazing! Called late (10.30pm) to get a booking and the lovely lady explained that they wouldn’t be able to pick me up for about an hour. When the time came they called to let me know they were here and made sure no one else took it. The taxi driver was really polite and got me home safe n sound!
