Incompetent and just pathetically unprofessional. Have been sitting on a plan of registration for months, without updating any parties involved. Won't pick up a phone, won't respond to emails.Despite knowing full well that the parties involved in the project have been kept in the dark for literally years when these development projects got stalled over COVID. If you lack simple business ethics and decency to explain why you are keeping families hanging in the dark don't tout 'extremely professional and helpful' in your marketing and website. Just asking for human decency at this point. Not expecting much more.
