It was a great experience to build my house through Technik homes . Actually these people provide me great positive support during building phase which every one needs during construction period . Secondly, they allow me to enter the house anytime to check progress of the work and also happy to modify anything wants us to change without extra expenses. They have provide the quality material with minimum cost . Furthermore there aftercare support was exceptional and genuine which made our house building experience really great.Really great, trustworthy, friendly and cooperative people . I was fortunate to get my house done by such a marvellous builders.

Technik homes build my house in 2017 and it was excellent experience from start to finish. I had full access to property at every stage and in case of any issues they were open in communication. Every time I message them about my concern they sorted out quickly.The specification of my house was much higher than standard home like 3M ceiling throughout, 800X800 tiling on main floor and 450X900 tiles in bathroom, supernatural 60mm stone bench top everywhere with crystal gloss soft close cabinet. I tried with many builders for quote and their building timeline but it was all higher than my budget. Thanks to technik homes and their sister companies emperor stone and LABABSA Joinery who control the building budget and finished my house in less than 20 weeks and gave me indirect saving in rental ($2400) of 2 months.Once my structure was finished all internal work finished in 1 month as cabinet was quickly done by their sister company LABASA joinery and stone by emperor stone. I couldn’t believe on their speed as my friend was building during same time and was facing issues with their builder about communication gaps and mistake on site, delay in project, no communication from builder etc. but my project was going so smooth.My friends were surprised when I told them that I moved in my house less than 20 weeks. I referred 3 more customers to them and all were very happy with their experience and they also referred their friends to technik homes. My experience was excellent and I will refer this company to everyone who will ask for good residential builder.
