Simply brilliant service.Friday. I’m in a rush. My very old Mac book is broken and I need a replacement. Done!Then I get asked if I can come back before closing? 2hrs later for no charge my hard drive data is transferred over. Computer set up and good to go!Like I said - brilliant

To Leon & Team, I was having big trouble with my eye pad, Matthew Hammond was the man behind the counter, he was very good talking me through the process of fixing my problems, I am from the old school, so Matthew had patience to explain things over & over again to me. I had a big problem on Wednesday which he fixed, Thursday I had another big problem, no worries Matthew was he again to fix it, I would just like to thank Matthew for his great work and patience with me, I will recommend your company to all of my friends, especially Matthew, thanks again mate your a champ. Came in as my phone wasn’t turning on and the wonderful staff helped me with resetting it. Thankfully it turned on and he was so lovely and patient. Excellent service and friendly staff

I had to buy two ipads for the kids for high school, I've never had an apple product yet. I was very nervous until I walked in and met Leon. I have been a Matilda Internet client ever since CQnet closed and a number of people transferred to Matilda. As you well know it doesn't matter where your ISP is located, but the quality of the service and the knowledge of the technical staff matters considerably.The CQnet ISP service started in Rockhampton in the very early days of the Internet by a very keen group of early computer suppliers, lead by Evan Coulson a Computer and Mechanical Engineer at the CQU.
