We used the services of Kevin from Inspect Detect to perform the pre purchase inspection some years ago and were so impressed with the service provided that when we recently had a problem with a building matter we sought him out again.Kevin responded promptly, gave very sound advice in a quality report and was very supportive of our needs. He answered the phone (#winning), answered my questions (even better) and was able to provide a report, that not only had the technical terms included for industry professionals, but made it so that I could read it as well and understand any issues, priorities and his overall recommendations on the property as a pre-purchaser (Just.
