Excited to have purchased a beautiful rug at Hali in Armadale yesterday ( my second acquisition from them ) , Jason and his colleagues are always a delight to deal with . They have an amazing and varied range and are excellent value at the moment as there is a sale happening but even at full retail price any purchase from Hali is an investment for your home that you will not regret

We had two visits to Hali regarding a rug for our new living room. Both times the customer service was excellent. We first visited a few months ago to have a look and the salesperson was very helpful. Guiding us in picking a more hard wearing style of rug. Plenty of choice in the contemporary designs which were what we were looking for, but they also have more traditional designs, including in very large sizes which we needed. Visited again this week to make our final selection and Jason was also really helpful, flipping through the rugs with us so we could make our choice. He also organised prompt delivery.

I’ve had a wonderful experience purchasing my second rug through Hali. The store I visited didn’t have the sample of the rug I was interested in so another store was kind enough to drop the sample to me personally. Blown away with this level of customer service. The quality of the rugs are also great!!
