Ordered takeaway here and was told to pick up in 35 mins- by the owner/elderly Chinese man with non existent customer service or phone manner, quiet and very hard to understand. I arrived 40 minutes later to a small shop front with 5 people waiting for their takeaway. The owner stated to me it would be another 8 mins to which I said ok. 40 minutes later my order was ready to which all the owner did was instigated for me to pay and told me the price.... No apologies for the disgustingly long wait, no friendliness, no eye contact, no thankyou.. not even a bag of prawn crackers.. Nothing.... at this stage there were 7 people waiting for their food also to which none looked happy at all. I won't be eating from here again as I'd rather support a business that respects and appreciates their customers whilst offering authentic customer service!

Come here the other night. The tiny specks of egg and ham in the rice it’s was basically plain rice with peas and flecks of egg and ham….come on mateThe sweet and sour pork was more vegetables than Pork. The honey chicken had more batter than chicken? Why such tiny strips of chicken and so much BATTER? Was super disappointed and so expensive for what I received. I won’t come back

Ordered take out last night. The food was absolutely delicious. I can highly recommend this place. Polite answering my order. Quick to make and pick up. FANTASTIC. Sizzling garlic prawns to die for.

The noodles in particular are tasty and very good value as one noodle box typically feeds two people. Most dishes are prepared and cooked to order, meaning it is hot, fresh, and they can accommodate some dietary needs, such as removing ingredients like nuts, fish or high FODMAP ingredients. Discuss when ordering to see if they can look after you.

Absolute appalling customer service from the old man owner of kiem bo Chinese restaurant, placed an order at 5.15pm to be delivered via menu log, at 7.30pm my order had supposedly been delivered? Not to me. Drove to kiem bo to receive a refund of $61.00 of my hard earned money, the young ladd there was about to pay up when the old man jumped in and refused to pay any money, raised his voice at me in anger, so I replied the same way. His customer service skills are non existent and obviously cares more about cash money than a regular customer of 30 years. I will never go there again to receive such friendly service. WHAT A PIG

Some of the worst food we've ever had. The plum sauce tasted like it was from a jar, absolutely horrible and the chilli chicken with vegetables wasn't much better. Honestly for what we paid I expected so much more. We did not even finish our meals they were that bad.Should have stuck with Simply Thai.

Always friendly, always personalised service. This is a restaurant first, and a business second - a real family oriented operation. They make excellent food, and it's always fun to interact with the owner when we pick up our orders.Do yourself a favour and get the pork ribs.
