We had a leaking Skylight and I found it hard to find a reputable company.I left a message on Southern Skylights answer machine. Later same day Kylie ring me back.They were very busy due to the weather.She booked me in for inspection & quote.In the mean time our Skylight cracked and there was a hole in it.Rang Kylie again to see if we could get some one out earlier. She said she would try. And she did.Kylie was a delight to deal with and so was Peter.He was prompt did a great job of replacing our skylight.So we are very happy.Thanks you very much.

Moreover, she did so without using any CRM system; I just described the job and the location!The skylight was fantastic value and brought bright sunlight and - with it - lots of joy and pleasure to our living spaces.After moving to a new place, I needed a cooling solution for the roof cavity and decided to buy a Solar Star RM1600 - a solar-powered roof ventilator.Despite their hectic installation schedule, Kylie booked me for an installation within a week of my call. Peter and Stefan arrived early and installed the roof ventilator within an hour. I was in awe; they executed the installation with precision and perfection.Within 30 mins, my room temperature fell by 25%. Peter and Kylie have been an absolute delight to deal with. They are professional and efficient. Outstanding customer service and absolutely no delays in replies to emails and always on time or if slightly delayed a phone call to let us know was so much appreciated. After having dealt with 2 other skylight installation companies in our local area who either did not show up nor returned phone calls, Peter and Kylie restored my faith.. The product is outstanding and I honestly thought a bright down light had been turned on when I first saw the result.
