Ryan and Glenn provided professional services. We were there in the half way of their inspections. They explained and advised each issue they found in the property. Pest and Building Inspection reports only took few hours. The reports with photos are detailed, clear and easy to understand.Prompt reply, smooth communication, reasonable price. We will refer Certified Home Inspections to our friends and family.

The team at certified home inspections were great to work with, from the initial consultation and booking through to the professional and informative inspectors that carried the work. I can 100% recommend these wonderful people to do business with! Having termites is such a super stressful thing but this small/family business has made the whole experience great. How can having termites be great? It’s not, don’t get me wrong! But because of those nasty little buggers I have met some genuine, caring people that it is a pleasure to now know. They all work as a team and couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. I’m currently living in a hell scape of poor quality pest And building inspections that has lead to me purchasing a house with termite damage in half the house.Incompetent inspectors that are too old and overweight to do their jobs. I was left to inspect my own roof cavity because the inspector/ pest bloke can’t access it.They have missed termite damage repeatedly. They failed to find termites.Save yourself because I’m now going tens of thousands of dollars in the hole because of sheer incompetence.
