showed them a photo of what i wanted and definitely did not exceed my expectations. i asked for coffin and got oval. the nail tech was very rough and made my cuticles bleed. the feature nail. you can see where the nail tip was glued on… there bumpy and horribly shaped. i asked them to fix up some a couple times but ended up giving up..i want a refund.

Even though I arrived at the shop first, staff will pick and choose who to serve first and prioritise. This is not fair for people who are time poor and planned ahead, so they can go to their next appointment. It’s not respecting people’s time and it’s unprofessional to start working on people’s nails, then half way, move to a different client to work on their nails. I have experienced this today, Sunday May 15, morning and 3 weeks ago.My skin was also injured by the nail buffer, it still hurts and no cleaning on my scratch was even offered. I hope I don’t get infected from my cut. Charged me full price $72, even though their sign says 20% off for all services.

The end result of my nails, I was pretty happy with. The shape, colour, design and length is exactly what I asked for. The service given by the man there was great. The service I was given by another female technician absolutely appalling. Her vibe was angry, cold, aggressive even to the point I asked her if she was ok. I understand she could have been having a “bad” day but my sister experienced the same thing. If you don’t like what you do as a job - make a choice. Don’t ruin your customers experience and the name of the company you work for by your appalling customer service. Practicing reflection is a great way to improve!

The staff was rude and made my cuticles bleed! It was my friends first experience at a nail salon and they called her stupid for not understanding the questions they asked. The nails came out bumpy and chip easily. The nail polish wasn’t even done to the end of the nail. Super disappointed wouldn’t ever come back!

I did acrylic overlay and after less than a week one of the nails dropped. When i came back for fixing it the person there did not seem to believe that I had done my nail there, kept asking irrelevant questions to the point I had to show my bank account for proof of purchase showing the service was done just a few days prior. This was not appreciated at all. The nail was fixed and after 4 days one other nail dropped. so obviously the quality is poor. I wouldn’t use the services anymore

Very happy with my nails! The girl that did my manicure was extremely thorough and made sure her work was perfect.

AVOID! Very bad experience. Left with sloppily done nails and a toenail infection.I came here because they had a sale and it was cheaper than the other places. I wish I’d just paid the extra $10 and gone elsewhere because they did a terrible job. I got a shellac pedicure, and noticed that the hygiene procedures were not as strict. They didn’t line or wash the bath, the towel was damp and the tools weren’t individually bagged. I thought it was odd but figured it wouldn’t be a big deal. Not only was the paint job sloppy (they put shellac onto my skin around the nail and painted on the cuticle so it started to peel up. I could’ve done a better job myself!), but I got a serious infection in my left big toe. It’s been oozing pus and blood and I will likely lose the nail. My advice: avoid this place and don’t cheapskate on nail care!!!!

I came in today for a removal and full set of acrylics with gel polish. I will admit the staff were lovely and very friendly but when getting my removal they had broken one of my real nails in half making it bleed and another real nail half cracked through. This made two of my nails extremely painful and I didn't get any sort of discount which makes it hard to come back again. Also all my nails on the left hand are noticeably longer than my right. The staff were friendly and I understand they were short staffed today but not once was I offered something discounted or complimentary for the pain I left with on my two fingers after mentioning it multiple times. I would like to go back again but this makes it hard to go.

After having soft gel nails applied (my first time ever) by a professional nail technician from her home for my wedding, I mistakenly thought it would be ok to get them removed while shopping at Indooroopilly Centre one afternoon. I popped in at ProNails and asked at the desk if my gel nails could be removed... what a mistake!!! A grinding tool was taken out of a box of various other tools, full of white powder" from the previous job

By far had the worst lady doing my nails - cut through my cuticles and started bleeding non stop, and then not even curing my French nails properly (only realising after I have driven home). Lady didn’t even bother apologising.
