MBCM Strata Specialists Ascot Vale and Footscray

We recently moved over to MBCM from another company and it’s already been a great experience. Jodie and the team have already managed to get outstanding matters completed, that had stalled with the previous management. Their professionalism and knowledge has been a great help to the committee also.

I deal with OC managers all the time. They are not all created equal. Jodie and her team are prompt and helpful. A breath of fresh air.

I frequently work with both MBCM Footscray and Ascot Vale. Jodie and her team always provide excellent communication and service. I look forward to continuing our working relationship for a long time to come!

Jodie and her team are great. Our manager Elisha is very diligent and capable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an OC management company.

Edit: imagine being so dense that you assume the only people who contact you are owners. I was directed to contact you to secure security footage after break-ins in my property. Multiple follow ups and a month of communication to try to rectify an urgent issue is unacceptable. The issues alerted were also not advised to internal parties.Completely atrocious management - they do not respond to email correspondence. When you call them, issues take extensive periods of time for issues to be actioned.

MBCM Footscray have been our body corporation managers for the last 3 years. The team at MBCM are quick to respond to phone calls and emails, which is exactly what you want from your manager. I feel like we’re in good hands and would recommend.

We are in our 6th year partnership with MBCM Ascot Vale for our 52 lot property in Maribyrnong.Director of MBCM, Jodie and her Team offer outstanding service. Here are my observations over the past 6 years:- Excellent communication, extremely prompt, always takes the time to understand- Highly knowledgeable of strata law and policies- Deep understanding of the area- Strong network of industry trades and contractors ensuring we always have the best quality work carried out when required- Very accurate reporting of financials, projects, tasks, incidents etc- Builds and maintains great relationships with the committee and other ownersIf you are considering switching or brand new partnership for Strata management in the area, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I would not recommend Mbcm property management.Poor communication waiting weeks for replies.Lack of clear follow up and communication which exposed residents to toxic chemical sprays. Including a 3 yo child.No follow up with phone calls or emails for weeks on end.Trades people sent to property without access wasting everyone’s time.No understanding or knowledge of propertyProperty managers have changed twice in 12 months. They have not stepped foot on this property. Says it all.

I have not left a formal review for MBCM for a few years, so thought I would update it. MBCM have been the Strata Managers for Horizon for about 10 years ( sorry if it’s not exactly accurate).During that time our complex has more than doubled with all of the ensuing problems of new builds, new owners settling in etcMBCM have been on the ball and have been a tower of strength for me, as Chair of our Owners Corporation from before they began, until September this year, and also for our Committee.We are not small with 197 units over several acres, and with several stages to our development, so it is a mighty big undertaking balancing the needs of apartment towers, townhouses, and multi unit dwellings.Jodie, and her team, are knowledgeable and pro-active. Having had the worst in our early years, we now have the best and I am so grateful for the advice, support proactive attitude of MBCM Ascot Vale.Thank you Jodie and your team, I hope we continue with you for many years to come.Sharon [email protected]

So happy n thanks to the building manager who did respond quickly. SHYAM did came to the site n talk to us ,not very long problems he did solved. My view good to be with a managing person like SHYAM, I believe n trust him to care our properties.Good on him ,wish him good luck in strata management.
