Today is my grandmother’s funeral, and I really needed love and compassion. My cashier, Monique, made my day and did everything she could to assist me. She was so kind, polite and patient. Thank you Monique :)

I’ve come here at least once a month for the past year. And every time I think the next visit will be better, boyyyy am I wrong.- Shelves are empty in the beauty section- clothes are all over the floor- womens pyjama pants/shorts are all tangled on a table- fishing section… barley a rod left- lolly section is messy and heaps of opened packets everywhereThe staff here are slow and care more for their catch-up with their coworkers than the actual job.If there are department managers the store / departments should not look like this.

Look to be fair the prices weren't bad. But the merchandising is terrible because you can't find anything. Most items opened or thrown on the floor. Sadly the counter women looked exhausted and didn't want to be there. I went clothes shopping and just ended up going leaving shopping else where because I couldn't find anything in the the mountain high clothing piles. Legit looks like a dollar store now a days. With overworked staff and unkept quality of their stock, I'll skip Kmart from now on.

I started wheezing and burning in this shop today, looked up trying to figure out where the mould was (I'm allergic). Please clean your air conditioning system. Not the filters! This needs a full decontamination. It is a health and safety issue for all shoppers and staff especially.

Ahmad's expertise and willingness to assist made our conversation fruitful and enjoyable. His deep knowledge of the Anko product range was truly impressive, and he effortlessly addressed all my queries and concerns. I felt confident that I was receiving accurate and reliable information, enabling me to make well-informed decisions.I was pleasantly surprised by the recent updates in the store's layout and design. The changes have undoubtedly improved the shopping experience, providing a more organized and visually appealing environment. The store now exudes a sense of elegance and beauty that further enhanced my overall experience.Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of my visit to Kmart Merrylands. Ahmad's exceptional service, coupled with the positive changes in the store's ambiance, left a lasting impression on me. It would be logical and less time consuming if you don’t have a product in stock just show as unavailable! I bought some items which at least half of them were not available! I added them in my basket and paid at checkout, got confirmation of my purchase and delivery details then next day received email saying these are not available we will adjust your payment! Isn't waste of time?

Amazing experience at Kmart tonight. A special thank you to Jessica and her colleague Micheal for going above and beyond to help me find the product that best fit what I needed for my budgies to keep warm this winter. It's this level of customer service that would make anyone want to shop again at this store. I hope this feedback is shared with senior management for the great work these two are doing to create a memorable customer experience.Edit: upon reading other reviews for the Merrylands store I'm sorry to read of their experiences. I must have struck it really lucky to come across two highly competent staff members who also seemed to be in their 19-20s.

Customer service is appalling. I work at a different Kmart and the employees have no idea what they are doing. They don’t know how to look up a sku number and when I try and help them they cut me off. Also it is so hard to reach a team member and when I did they kept insisting to transfer the call instead of helping me and I would be sitting there waiting for someone to answer. No one ever did answer and when I rang again and told the guy that I needed help from him he cut me off and transferred me again.
