Paul came out to repair my fridge on the day I called. He gave me a quote first which I thought was a fair and reasonable price. I was amazed that he had the control board for my fridge and repaired it straight away. I was very Impressed and I highly recommend him.

I made an appointment for a repair to a washing machine. Spoke to Paul and was told, late tomorrow morning. Brilliant. Trouble is he didn't show. He still hasn't turned up a day later, no call, no 'sorry I'm running late'..I'm totally unimpressed my his lack of professionalism. That's it, I'm done.

Great customer service rang this morning washing machine had died Paul was here this arvo all fixed now and working like new will definitely call Paul again if appliances need attention highly recommend .

Showed up 2 days late without supplying quote first as agreed. Charged 170$ to replace a 20$ component in 20 minutes . Not recommended
