Streetfit Calisthenics central coast
I've trained at a lot of different gyms and this is one of my favourite. Owner/Trainer Chris is not only super knowledgeable about calisthenics and training in general, he's also very friendly and helpful. The classes cater to all levels from beginner through to experienced athletes.The gym is attended by a diverse number of people, from kids through to athletes, everyday gym-goers and a few 50 + members. It's all inclusive! Facilities are excellent, I highly recommend you duck in and say G'day and try out a class.(Pictured owner/trainer Chris)
