Not happy.....Went into your shop today to have a look at your products which I absolutely love, but $12 for a nougat easter egg that is smaller than a child's hand.....When you supply the same easter eggs to woolworths amd only have to pay $5 for the exact same egg.A total rip off.Come on charging customers $12 for a microscopic egg

So disappointed. Came all the way up from Sydney to visit this store on Friday, called an hour before and asked for them to hold some stuff she says “no worries I’ll leave a note, the next girl starts her shift soon for the rest of the afternoon” got there about 4:15 when they were suppose to be open till 5:30 there’s a note on the door that says back in 20 so I hung around, checked back in 30 mins, still fully closed, 50 mins later at 5:05, still fully closed. How ridiculous, why tell people you’re open and will hold stuff for them and then close your store with not notice?!

I love the wide selection of cards and candy. They have friendly helpful staff. They have delicious items that you can’t get at the regular supermarket (eg: lucky charms, jawbreaker) favourite store in Stockland greenhills. Very good for party food or just to treat yourself or someone you know. Definitely recommend....It’s a small little shop that deserves more attention.

Don’t waste your time by shopping here, the staff are rude and not helpful. I ordered online and they sent me the completely wrong order only to turn around and say it’s out of stock. Had to do their job and chase them up for a refund, as no one seemed to help or care.

Best customer service. We went in there yesterday looking for a small bag of jolly ranchers, which were all sold out. The amazing lady serving us went out of her way to arrange a bag for us. We will definitely be back ❤

Stock is okay, prices are quite high. There are a few really lovely employees here, however some do not seem to realise they even work here. Why three times now have I called and I just get a very annoyed/confused “hello????” as an answer? I hung up the first time because I thought I had a wrong number. I went in for mother’s day and the girl on would not get off her phone or serve us until I asked specifically, like…? I understand times are tough and your employees are young, but it does dampen the experience. Some simple customer service training would bring this review from a 3 to a 4 so fast!
