Great gym, with friendly and knowledgeable trainers and a supportive community feel. I was initially hesitant in joining as I hadn’t been to a gym for a few years, but Fitstop was extremely welcoming and carefully considered my needs and ability. Their workouts have led to positive results both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend!

Such a fantastic gym! The coaches are knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and are looking to push you in all your fitness and lifestyle goals. I have made so many like minded friends within the Fitstop Maroochydore community. each session has great vibes, great people and usually some dance moves between sets. That good feeling post workouts and having more overall energy is addictive and keeps me coming back week after week!

I've worked in the fitness industry myself for 20+ years, but have been a paying member of Fitstop Maroochydore for almost 3 years now and have religiously attended every week this entire time. What sets Fitstop Maroochydore apart from other facilities? Aside from the varied and challenging workouts, the Team and Community are second to none. Their Trainers genuinely care about the results and experience of the members, and this is reflected in the buy-in from members in all of the gym's social/fitness events. I have been a member of Fitstop Maroochydore for a number of years and cannot express how much I have enjoyed my time here. Great atmosphere, amazing supportive coaches and a wide variety of different workouts. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to join a supportive community while also bettering their health and well-being.

Pretty good spot for group training classes. You will definitely build muscle but also keep a good cardiovascular base while doing so. If you're new to the gym it might seem overwhelming but it's worth sticking it out for a few months to see improvements. Strong younger community (20-35) but welcoming of all ages and fitness levels. Took one star off as I think the class sizes are sometimes a smidge over-prescribed on numbers and that makes it difficult for supervision particularly if you're new. Big fan of Jordan's bottomless enthusiasm for training and life in general (even at 5am). Give their trial week a crack!

Been at Fitstop just over a year now. I started as a total fitness noob who struggled to ever find a routine with gym that I stuck with… a year later, still going as much as I can and loving it. The trainers are all so encouraging but not to the point where you feel like you’re being yelled at to keep going if you simply can’t. Everyone has their personal limits and they respect that 100% but will still push you to do your best. Classes are a great mix of weights and cardio and I’ve seen amazing results physically in myself over the last year that I never thought previously I’d ever achieve. ❤️

Fitstop Maroochydore has got to be the best gym on the coast. Dylan, Jordan, and Ryan create an atmosphere that is equally welcoming and motivating. They know just how to get the best out of everyone who walks through the door.
