Ran out of fuel 200m up the road ask to borrow a jerry can I'll be back to refuel was prepared to leave a deposit or my licence to return jerry can but to no avail no help whatsoever had to buy a jerry can for $20 worth $5 at Supercheap ripped off not happy no longer a service station or a convenience store what has happened to Australia new Australians they need to learn the true meaning of being an Australian and giving your fellow mate fair go.

Know your prices as this one can vary either way to the others, this time I was lucky and with the 4c off was in par with others up the road, only thing getting diesel is one pump didn't fit our car, so check before you go to actually fill...had to move to.other side to get pump that fitted....Service was good...

Usual gas station on the way to phillip island. There is toilet and noce minimart there.

I was at the pump today on the 19/06..parked my car next to the dispenser waiting for it to be turned on, the lady at the counter was walking around inside the store scanning products ignoring the alert to turn on the pump, mind you it was freezing outside with cold wind, after waiting for about 5 minutes and seeing her ignoring me, i honked to her attention( that was my only intention) but when i went to pay for the fuel i purchased the lady started yelling at me saying i was rude, and that i was a bloody indian..i told her that i was just tryina get ur attention and that its her who is being very rude and being racial..i told her that it was cold and she kept me waiting even after the spoting me with the nozzle in my hands, she replied she doesnt care and that it is not cold outside..and said i am not welcome there anymore..Now to the lady in question here, you are not the only fuel station there and you are nothing but an arrogant and ignorant person.

My wife broke down here and was summarily abused by 2 of the staff, one of which I witnessed.We organised a tow truck as soon as it happened but were threatened with police action if we didn’t remove our car immediately “private property”My business uses this service station and we spend thousands of dollars per week trying to help the smaller of the 2 service stations in this area.We will no longer be using this service station for any of our business or personal use. Gone are the days of customer service or lending a helping hand.

Nice little pit stop area never to busy but the people that work there are always super nice.
