The staff are obviously not interested in doing their jobs. I was turned away a few times with the reason that their shop is closing in 30 minutes (although the wax will take not even 10 minutes). Girls were just chatting with no customer.I had Brazilian wax there before and I told the staff that it was hot and she did not stop for a bit. She said the wax is not hot. It is because of my skin has no hair. She waxed me with the highest temperature and my skin got burned.

I went into Grace Eyebrow Threading in the Brisbane Myer Centre for a haircut and came out with a great hairstyle just in time for the Christmas New Year festive season. My hairstylist Sarb knew my curly hair and explain everything before starting so I understood how my hair was going to behave prior to her beginning. Sarb is very professional and I felt very comfortable with her doing my hair. Sarb even suggested getting my eyebrows threaded and after a minute, I said why not, have it all done prior to Christmas. One Stop Shop". Sarb

I got a lash lift from this place and would recommend that no one goes here. They over processed the lash lift and have singed my lashes off. I have tried to resolve this with them but they will not even provide me with a full refund. I am now left with my eyelashes at half the length they were and not even a refund or apology. DO NOT GO HERE!

If there’s negative stars I would give a negative. I got my eyebrows and eyelashes done form here. Staff was rude and careless. Scratched my skin very hard, my eyelids were hurt. Eyebrow was ok but eyelashes perm result is so bad

I went to get my eyebrows threaded last time to Queen Street Mall’s branch. There were two girl and the girl who did my eyebrows was okay but the customer service is so bad.They kept talking in their language (LOUDLY) and the other girl (one with glasses) seemed so annoyed when we asked questions. She kept speaking rudely in her language (which she doesn’t know that I can understand)No matter how much you are good at what you do, there needs to be professionalism. FYI this is not my first time visit here, and it’s clear that the service wasn’t improved even a bit.

Very happy with my lash lift and tint, looks like i have classic eyelash extensions! would recommend

Had my eyebrow threading and in the brochure, it states it includes brow massage but clearly the lady who attended me today, didn’t offer that service. I do understand that some customers dont want the brow massage but atleast ASK each of your customer if they want it or not.Please do train your staff proper customer service as well. The lady who attended me today kept on stopping while doing the threading since she was busy chatting with her co-worker. She could’ve finished the job first before she went on with her chat. In addition, I didn’t even know that she’s already done with the threading. She just walked off going to the counter, not even a word to say that its already finished. Not coming back here again.

Has came many times for here for Brazilian waxing, normally charge 55$! But today come again, it suddenly went up to $85….I was confused, and asked the therapist.The first answer I got is the price increased. Then I looked at the price list and asked again. They she said I did a Brazilian + bikini line…. I paid on the spot. :(But when I Google it, it shows the Brazilian wax is included bikini line….MAKE SURE TO TELL STAFF WHAT PROGRAM WANT TO DO! MEANWHILE KNOW ALL THE PROGRAMS!

First time and last time in this salonFrom the moment I arrive they had nothing of customer service they make me wait more than 5 minutes without notify me and I even have to wait on the reception for make the payment because the was no one attending.I completely understand it’s Sunday and they where closer to close the store for the day but please as a customer care business please make sure the personal is aware of treat people right.Thanks you
