Attendant too busy sweeping to take our order, then kept sweeping as she entered it and while she packed it. Great multitasking, but I do wonder about the glovelessness of the whole process. (Given the broom was dropped at least once.) The chicken was ok, but the gravy tasted like wallpaper paste.

The rubbish dished up at the coffs store borders on gruel.The SKIN roll was explained away by the manager as “ it happens”. See photo.No replacement or refund was offered.Service generally rude and unskilled.

0 stars, the worst service I have ever seen. So slow the foods cold by the time it hits the front counter. Seriously needs a management change cause who ever is on the job now sucks

The service was terrible, me and my friend waited in line for 45+ minutes for 2 medium chips and a cola to share, turns out they were just left sitting there and no one bothered to call it out. By the time I had asked the employees where our food was, the chips were cold and gross and they refused to give us a refund, this is why macca’s solos.

David the store manager on Mondays gives outstanding customer service. It should be recognised. When interacting with him, over many weeks, he has never failed to offer cheerful and helpful service. I think he is outstanding at his job.
