Quest Mildura Apartment Hotel
Room were OK. But the parking is not adequate to accommodate the guests. Its the second time we've stayed here and the same thing you go out and come back and NO parking. We were told by one of the not so nice staff members to use the overflow car park and that it is monitored by CCTV" but it felt very unsafe and is not gated

Great stay! and my room was lovely, with lovely features.only negative thing for me was that i had to pay a bond of 100$ and when my co workers arrived they only had to pay 50$ even though i also stated it was a business booking, was angry when i found out about this! I left this morning and my 100$ is yet to be refunded (10:36PM same day). The room itself was great! no issues, re stocked every day while i was there. One more thing is that i was not told if they have room service, which would have been nice to know. Other than those things it was a nice experience and i had no issues.

Fantastic apartment. Everything we needed for a family holiday! Kids enjoyed the pool. Excellent information provided by the reception staff of things to do in the area.Housekeeping were excellent and the room was lovely and clean.

Quest Mildura Apartment Hotel
We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful when other hotels couldn’t care less. Our room was beautiful.. an oasis for us. Highly recommend Quest Mildura.It is a great location and very easy to walk to the shops, restaurant, visitor information and the river.

Quest Mildura Apartment Hotel
2-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. I loved the outdoor balcony space alot. Missing a coffee machine but well appointed with washer and dryer. Late night entry was a breeze with Leanne on Reception and Shirley on the door. Easy check-out in the morning too. Located within walking distance to shops and eats. I would happily stay again.

Quest Mildura Apartment Hotel
We booked this hotel because it had a pool! There are several other options in Mildura we considered but this was one with a pool! We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and it had been a long hot drive from Melbourne so we were excited to enjoy a dip in the pool. The pool was locked and there was no mention or signs around the pool to advise why. We tried the hotel compendium with the same result. What a joke! We complained the next day only to be advised that the pool is locked when reception leaves each day so on a Sunday that is 5.00pm. This is due to vandals, supposedly, which we were surprised to hear as the pool was inside the locked key card car park. Doesn’t feel very secure for your car now does it. We also had no wifi in the room at all. These are things that should be advised on the website or addressed to fix. My suggestions to have the pool locks changed to room access swipe card with a timer to lock the pool at certain times was totally ignored by the owner when they respond to my review. I’ve stayed in Quest before but will be much more wary in the future. Just not good enough. Owner’s response to my complaint was to add to compendium which was what I told them the first morning after we checked in so the owner did nothing at all! Be wary folks

Quest Mildura Apartment Hotel
Staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Also a great location. It is super easy to walk into town, which is just across the main road.
