Selling products that are not useful and does not serve the purpose and then they refuse to return saying it’s change of mind the product works fine. Sarah on the counter refused to return. All I want to put across Glamco shouldn’t keep the products on their shelves if they doesn’t serve the purpose. Anyway I don’t want return I want to put across to all the customers do go by their words when you buy products they can go to any extent to sell again the customer has a responsibility too!

I am quite regular to this store.I had worst experience today by staff. I am 31 weeks pregnant it was heavy rain outside I pick up the studs I needed on checkout I request lady can I use your toilet please she refuses it’s not for public i hv to go out to be bold cafe or store whatever that is I completely understand that but it was raining and due to I am pregnant I was quite shocked I ask her question under these circumstances where the humanity. I remember going to their store in past when I use their toilet. She excuse it may be because of covid they change rules .I used the toilet in past when I was not pregnant. I explain her I knew where the toilet is my only question is I understand every store has their rules and regulations. But in speacial cases when someone with child or in pregnancy situation no one has control and it was raining outside. I will definitely never go back.I felt so bad for myself why request her. Date 14/02/2023 anyone can check wheather on this date in north lakes around 3pm.My request to store everyone hv some respect. Towards elderly people kids and pregnant women’s.You guys hv really need to show some humanity.

Went in a few days ago and the service was great. Provided much needed knowledge on the products I was looking for and although I took up a lot of her time, the assistant didn't seem bothered and was happy to help above and beyond what was expected.

Great product range and service. I overheard a dispute regarding a refund which concerned me very much. A lady with unopened products and a receipt was denied a refund due to purchase being made more than 3 months ago???? Never heard that before

I was served by Beck today and her product knowledge is next level. Not only did she find exactly what I was asking for when I couldn’t even explain it properly she then when out of her way to show me how to use it and offered to help my daughters next time we visit. She is so positive and vibrant and such a great representative of the store (north lakes)

As soon as I walked into GlamaCo I was greeted by a staff member (I didn't catch her name) and was asked if I needed help with anything. I expressed that I tried a sample shampoo from my hairdresser and was hoping to find it.Not being able to find the brand I was looking for I was than helped by Gemma and Kylie. After explaining my hairs tendencys and what I was looking for in a shampoo and conditioner I was given genuine information of what is best used. Gemma then showed me options that would best suit me based of what I was told.Gemma even insisted that I smell the shampoos and conditioners as sometimes the smells can be off putting. I didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive product either.100% will be going back!

I have been waiting for an order I placed on the 22-1-2023 to be delivered and it still says PROCESSING - there is no phone number to contact - no email, no facebook messages - everything leads you back to the webpage which doesnt answer why it take 9 days for an order to leave. Your web page says delivered to Sydney within 3 days. Can you let me know when my order will leave. This seems to be the only avenue that gets a rsponse.

Lovely girl Kyla was super helpful and very kind. Great too see such lovely teenagers putting in hard work.

I bought a hair straightener online and when I arrive I see that it is damaged, I have nowhere to call to make a claim or see how to change it or return it, they hide the phone numbers so that they do not return their bad products, I send them messages and no response, very disappointing!!!
