Incredibly rude & hostile customer service via the phone and i would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone.

I must share. I have the most difficult mop of locks. Thick, wavy, coloured and so coarse it seems to have a mind and will of its own.It’s driven me mad for years. A struggle to manage and an even greater one to find a hairdresser who knows how to work with it and bring out its best. I’d all but given up until chatting with a wonderful woman in a swimwear store earlier this year!I’m so grateful to her for recommending Ros at Leopold.And I can’t describe the feeling to have finally found someone who knows how to work their magic, and successfully being out its best.Ros is a true genius.If you’re anywhere near as frustrated as I’ve been and looking for a change I recommend giving Leopold Salon a go.It’s a refreshing little place set in beautiful Armadale where you can go for an expert haircut at super value, and where you won’t get the hard sell treatment for high-promise add ons which do little but deplete your bank account and clutter your bathroom cabinet.This place has my highest recommendation.
