Australia Post - Windsor LPO

This has been my spouse's and my local post office for the 2 years we've been in Windsor, and have always had a good experience. Now that we're moving out of the country, we had to ship some stuff back to ourselves. The shop owner went above and beyond to ensure we could get the best price, and also to make sure the numerous steps (forms, signatures, etc for customs) were smooth, as well as helping us prepare to make sure the boxes don't get held up at customs later. Huge thanks -- truly a neighbourhood place.

This is the worst experience in 2020. I didn't get my parcel from overseas which costed me more than 100USD. I didn't get any notice when the parcel was in the post office. After all it was sent back to overseas and was traveling around 9 months with the broken keyboard inside the box. When I came to the post office I was told that it was some unclear name of the street. I asked why they didn't phone me, because there was also my phone number on the parcel. A woman told me that the deliveryman is too busy (probably too busy to do his job) and he didn't have time to phone me. I also was told that they are not responsible in this case and if I have any complains I need to phone to online support. This is the most rude and irresponsible attitude not only to their work but also to the customer. Surprisingly, even after calling the support service, no investigation was carried out, because about 5-6 months passed and all the blame fell on the period of the pandemic. How convenient.

This is an incredible post office the staff go above and beyond to help you, they have done a great job since taking this business over; they have made so many improvents and have new and different stock arriving regularly. If there something you are looking for you can ask the manager to get it for you. They get a lot of customers in on a daily basis especially for parcel collection; you aren't kept waiting long at all unlike other post offices and they know the best way to post things. The other day when I was in I witnessed a customer being quite rude to the staff but was most impressed how the staff politely managed the situation...just wanted to thank you for your kind and friendly service.

Didn't ring, left a delivery card or even left the parcel at their Post Office for 10 business days, just send it straight back overseas without notice.

As a local, all my life, I actually quite like this Post Office.They'll help you out with recycled boxes for parcels, and offer some cool and unique Art Prints, for sale - as well as a variety of other interesting things.A reliable service, and spacious office.

Amazing service, very friendly and very reliable! Shyam and his team are always so lovely and eager to help in whatever way they can. We are very lucky to have such a wonderful post office team just down the road! Highly recommend

Seriously? you change your hours to the customer friendly" time of 10am-5pm - but don't update Google Business listing or on the instruction cards for parcels. So customers only know when they visit and see a sticker on the window? Brilliant....."

Went today to pick up my parcel, no luck they could not find it. One person promised me to deliver the parcel today before 1800-1815 … still nothing , had to leave work to pick it up . So disappointed!!Very disorganised , unprofessional, really upset as I still have to pay for it and have not received my item !?!
