Lexus of Chatswood Service

Not my first time here but it was my first service after getting my Lexus. The overall experience was great. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Miss out on the loan vehicle this time but I did not mind doing a bit of work at the waiting lounge. It was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The main letdown was the quality of the complementary car wash. Not really a complaint as I understand how busy they were on the day, but could have wiped off the residue water a bit better.P.S. Got lucky to see the owner’s LFA there. Wish I could have a listen to the great exhaust tune :)

pricey...expensive and not knowledgeable enough!Had my Lexus serviced there in order to diagnose the issue of smoke smell in the cabin ..Couldn't find the problem and advisors explanations was nonsense!Even I asked to replaced the head lights , but unexpectedly he said they cannot do it there and take car some where else.Although I got a courtesy car but I got charged $1250 for the oil and filters replacement .previously I paid only $400 to Lexus of Parramatta for the same service .Very disappointing...Not happy at all and not recommended

Outstandingly good service. From the moment I walked in I was astounded by the quality of service. Great coffee and hospitality provided by the team. Having the technician sit down and walk me through the service process and answering all my questions and queries. Receiving consistent communication and updates over phone or text. The loaner car was wonderful too!. Big shoutout to Leo and Scott and the team for their work and going above and beyond!. Superb quality of work from people who are truly passionate about the brand.Sam.

My experiences here over multiple services over a few years, have been nothing short of fantastic. All staff, even when they have changed, have been helpful, courteous and true to their word. Service is always completed on time and I know my car will be checked from top to tail. Even the paint and panel staff (have only spoken to them a few times) have also been very friendly and helpful. Thanks all.

Very much appreciate the service here. The team on the desk were attentive, great coffee served and everything I ask including not washing my car is respectfully listened to. I love washing and polishing my Lexus myself and these guys recognise thats important to me. The team are careful with my car and the seating area is a great place to hang out while you wait. Good wifi and great places to sit. The service manager Scott was super helpful for my last visit too. Overall an excellent service experience.

Can not give 5 stars this time, in fact I'm removing all previous positive reviews for Chatswood Lexus Service. This is my 3rd time here, the overall experience and service has deteriorated, and generally appalling.Front desk was understaffed (at 8am when most people drop off their vehicles) , and compared to the first time I was here. Service was unattentive, very long wait (30 mins) untill a customer rep came to see me. No refreshment or coffee offered ( you can't help yourself even to water, they are locked) , when I went to the front desk to ask for one, I was given the attitude that I was an inconvenient what do you want"...Courtesy loan car was old and dirty

Positive: Excellent service from the cheerful Leo, made the experience a 5 star experience. 5 star also for how clean the workshop area is.Negative: The 4 star rating is for the complimentary vacuum, I know it is complimentary and I didn’t pay for it so I shouldn’t expect too much, but the passenger floor was not cleaned properly. I’m sure if I paid for the actual car cleaning service it most likely would be cleaned properly. Also it was hard to book the service online, I don’t think the online system works properly. It also took a while to call them as they often don’t pick up the phone in the afternoon near closing time.In summary, I recommend this place to service your new Lexus car.

Service is excellent but unfortunately cannot give it a 5. They'd picked up on a warranty and repaired it which I'm grateful for but tried to tell me my front and rear brakes were very low when in fact I replaced them a month prior to car going in. So close to being a five star review but feel they really dropped the ball

Amazing service centre. Second to none on care, quality and price. Wouldn’t take my Lexus anywhere else. The entire team are great!
