I rang the help line when I found an injured possum and both people I spoke with were extremely helpful and kind, with very obvious care and kindness for animals

Absolutely amazing. People that truely care about animals and do not receive a cent for their help. Perhaps those that consider giving less stars consider signing up to give your time and services without being paid. Or contact local government to provide funding for our much loved wildlife.

Uber lovely people! My daughter and I came across an injured ringtail possum this afternoon and I wasn't sure who to call. Got onto Wildlife Victoria, and they were urgently looking into it and ensured I was able to give them photos/details as much as possible. Even after the possum had moved, they were still on it and going to get people out there to see if they can locate it and ensure everything was okay. Great people, and they seem to care about what they do. I'll definitely be contacting them ahead in future for any injured wildlife. Thanks everyone!

I called to report an injured possum and the staff member I spoke to on the phone was so caring and helpful. The volunteer Jackie that rescued the possum was really lovely and even gave me a follow up call a few days later to let me know the outcome. Thank you for your help.

So grateful to the team from Wildlife Victoria. Would especially like to thank Lis & Josh who helped rescue a baby Currawong who had fallen the nest. They were able to make a new nest & relocate it, ready for Mum & Dad. Well done.

A few days ago I contacted Wildlife Victoria and spoke with Jasper, they were very helpful in assisting me. I work at a clothing retail store / large warehouse style, a bird flew in to our store and then unfortunately tried to escape but injured itself when hitting a window, the poor thing :(Jasper was very helpful and made the process of getting care for the injured native bird (button quail) easy. Jasper organised someone to collect the native bird and take it to a local vet, which was all within 1hour or so of calling. Appreciate your help Jasper and Jerry! I hope the bird survived and is okay.Thanks for your help Wildlife Victoria

Our resident possum fell from the tree and stayed hidden under our deck for half a day. I called Wildlife Victoria who supported me the whole way and instructed me on how to take care of the animal. Unfortunately, he couldn't be saved. I assume he hid under the deck to die :(Throughout this journey, Wildlife Victoria was so incredible. Their organisation is available 24/7, all year around. They are severely understaffed and under appreciated. Thanks for all the help!
