We came to Brighton for a lovely shopping experience which was great until we entered Minimax I do not appreciate being followed around the store by an unfriendly sour faced shop assistant.If you are worried about shop theft hire security! We will not be returning to your store.

Their prices on the items don't match what they charge you at the register. Was charged $3 more for a coffee mug. Their excuse was they hadn't gotten around to updating the prices on the items yet. Rubbish.

I live locally, 2 staff were very unfriendly and treated me as if I was going to steal something!! Won’t hurry back. Put security measures in place if you are that worried about theft and train your staff to be warm and friendly not cold and mean looking! It should be a pleasurable experience, feeling relaxed to browse.

Fact: a business that doesn't allow people with mask exemption to enter the premises. Also the stuff in charge with letting customers in is also unaware of what exemption word means, so I'm happy to give my business to someone else
